By registering for the STEM Summer Camp (“Camp”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
The Camp is open to students currently enrolled in Kindergarten through 12th grade (K–12). A parent or legal guardian must complete registration and agree to these Terms on behalf of any participant under 18 years of age.

2. Registration & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. Registration is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Camp Duration
The Camp runs for one (1) consecutive week on the dates specified at the time of registration. Daily schedules, activities, and instructors are subject to change as necessary.

4. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow students, instructors, staff, and property. The Camp reserves the right to dismiss any participant for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

5. Health & Safety
Parents/guardians must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or special needs at the time of registration. In case of emergency, Camp staff may seek appropriate medical treatment for participants.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Participation in STEM activities may involve hands-on experiments, use of tools, and physical movement. By registering, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with these activities and agree to release the Camp and its staff from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Media Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing, you grant permission for photographs or videos taken during Camp activities to be used for promotional and educational purposes.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover essential costs that are committed immediately upon your enrollment, including:

• Venue Reservation: Securement of the facility requires upfront, non-reimbursable deposits to guarantee our space.

• Material Preparation: Funds are immediately allocated toward the purchase and preparation of specialized supplies and equipment tailored to the number of participants.

9. Privacy
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for administrative, safety, and communication purposes and will not be sold to third parties.

By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use.
